Saturday 6th May 2017: 7am - 9.15am - Welcome to SHRED IT!
Meet the SHRED it team, complete your first group workout, get your first teaching on nutrition, and receive your 8 week food plan.
Sunday 7th May 2017: Time by appointment - Initial weigh-in/measurements
Tuesday 30th May 2017: 7pm-8pm - Nutrition Seminar
Saturday 3rd June 2017: 12pm-2pm - The Midway Challenge
Meet up with the team and complete a fun workout/social sports followed by a BBQ
Sunday 2nd July: Time by appointment - Final weigh-in/measurements
Saturday 8th July: Time TBC- Awards Evening
