Welcome to Team Shred IT!


Congratulations for building up the courage to step outside your comfort zone and take on the challenge.
Taking action is your first step to becoming a happier  and healthier you.


​Your details have been sent through to the head trainer, Marc Southgate, who will personally contact you within the next 24 hours and book you in for your initial measurements and to set some goals.

The Happenings


Be sure to get out your diary and lock in the following KEY dates:

Saturday 6th May 2017:  7am - 9.15am - Welcome to SHRED IT!
Meet the SHRED it team, complete your first group workout, get your first teaching on nutrition, and receive your 8 week food plan.

​Sunday 7th May 2017: Time by appointment - Initial weigh-in/measurements

​Tuesday 30th May 2017: 7pm-8pm - Nutrition Seminar

Saturday 3rd June 2017: 12pm-2pm - The Midway Challenge
​Meet up with the team and complete a fun workout/social sports followed by a BBQ

​Sunday 2nd July: Time by appointment - Final weigh-in/measurements

​Saturday 8th July: Time TBC- Awards Evening
