Hi, I'm Grace!

I am a passionate physiotherapist whose goal is to bring out the physical best in you through evidence-based treatment, manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation. I have a range of experience including differing sports environments, paediatric populations and older adults.

I am dedicated to helping people of all ages and stages, whether a sports injury, a pain/ niggle that will just not go away, a chronic condition, or finding a new way to engage in physical activity. My goal is to provide collaborative treatment that is tailored to you. This approach provides you with the tools you need to not only heal in the clinic, but to prevent further injury and remain strong in your everyday life.

Seeing sustainable results and helping people achieve their goals is what I strive to deliver with every client. I believe all people should have the ability to live their everyday lives painfree, feeling their best and achieving things they did not think were possible.

Two months in each of Kidz First Middlemore (cardiorespiratory & musculoskeletal paediatrics).
Community rehabilitation (outpatient cardiorespiratory, older adult mobility and function).
Ten months in musculoskeletal private practice.
Assisting with various sporting team events (secondary school football and netball).
