Avilarsh Lukhan
Senior Physiotherapist
Hi, I’m Avi,
Armed with nearly two decades of experience and a passion for people, I aim to help you become the best physical version of you. I utilize a hand’s on, holistic approach in my treatment sessions and aim to make every session a fun but educational experience. I have represented South Africa as a physiotherapist at events such as the Olympic and Commonwealth Games. This allowed me to work with the South African national swimming, athletics, judo, wrestling, badminton, Rugby 7’s, gymnastics, rowing and volleyball teams.
My growth mindset has led me on a path of lifelong learning and self- improvement as I aim to improve as both a clinician and a person. I am highly self- motivated, energetic and regard my communication skills as a key asset. I believe that movement is medicine and nobody deserves to live in pain!
